How do metros and tiers work?+

Our 11 metros are grouped by size: Tier 1 metros have 50K+ properties (DFW, Houston, St. Louis), Tier 2 metros have 25K-70K properties (Austin, KC, OKC), and Tier 3 metros have under 30K properties (San Antonio, Tulsa, Wichita, Omaha, Des Moines). Higher-tier plans let you access larger metros or multiple metros.

What does Pro include?+

Pro gives you access to 1 Tier 3 metro (like San Antonio, Tulsa, Wichita, Omaha, or Des Moines) OR 1 county from any Tier 1/2 metro. Full scoring, maps, lead builder, and contact data for your chosen market.

What are Tier 3 add-ons?+

Growth and Growth+ subscribers can add individual Tier 3 metros for $199/month each. For example, a Growth subscriber with KC metro access could add San Antonio, Wichita, and Omaha as add-ons.

Can I switch metros after subscribing?+

Contact support to change your metro selection. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.

Is there a trial period?+

Do you offer annual pricing?+

Yes. Pro is $3,999/year ($333/mo) and Growth is $7,999/year ($667/mo) — saving you 17% compared to monthly billing. Use the toggle above to see annual prices.

Can I switch plans?+

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice.

Why can't Pro plan users export CSV?+

Our proprietary scored dataset is our core asset. CSV export is available on Growth and above with usage limits and watermarking to protect data integrity.

What does '7-day early access' mean?+

When we refresh our data (weekly or monthly), Growth+ subscribers see new opportunities 7 days before Pro subscribers. This gives you a head start on contacting newly identified leads.
